OUR 5 STEP PROMISE

STEP 1

You will complete a needs analysis and pre-exercise questionnaire with one of our trained team members.

We will work with you to find out exactly what you want to achieve.

STEP 2

You will have an induction to the club during your first week as a member.

We will go through your personal fitness plan, show you the ropes, how everything works and answer any questions you may have. You will also be issued with a Loyalty Card which if you visit the club at least once a week for the first 8 weeks of your membership and get your card stamped, we will treat you to a FREE meal in the hotel restaurant.

STEP 3

By your second week you will have had a programme appointment where we will develop an exercise programme to fit your needs and help you set some realistic goals.

STEP 4

We will contact you for a re-assessment appointment where we will go over your current plan and see how your doing. We will ensure you are keeping on track and give you any help you need to achieve your fitness goals.

Plus as a reward we will treat you to a FREE drink in the hotel bar.

STEP 5

After two months you will be invited to a results day giving you the opportunity to see the great results you have achieved since joining the club!
