Work out when you wish

All our clubs are open 7 days a week. You can work out as early as 6.30am to as late as 10pm. Check with your club for their opening times.

All the right gear

As a member you are entitled to a 10% discount off of on any leisure merchandise sold within the club.

Friends and Family?

The first Friday of every month is Friends Friday. So if you want to work out with a friend or family member on this day just bring them along.

We also run a fantastic Recommend A Friend scheme giving you a great reward for every friend you recommend. Ask in club for details.

Going away for the weekend?

If there is a Club Moativation near by just drop in and show your membership card and you can work out as normal.

We run a number of social events for our members throughout the year, so don’t miss out come along.
